  • All services are provided for informational and clinical treatment purposes only.
  • Our website content does not constitute medical advice and should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
  • Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Mental health care involves individual variation and may require adjustment over time.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with appropriate notice to active patients.
  • We serve patients aged 8 and older. Patients under 18 require parental or guardian consent for treatment.
03

As a patient or website user, you agree to the following responsibilities to ensure safe, effective, and respectful care for everyone involved.

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, intake, and throughout your care.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your health status, medications, insurance coverage, or contact information.
  • Attend scheduled appointments on time, or provide advance notice of cancellation in accordance with our policy.

Telehealth Services

We offer HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry services that allow you to receive care from any location in the state of Texas. By participating in telehealth, you agree to the following conditions:

  • You must be physically located in the state of Texas at the time of your telehealth appointment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet, and secure environment during your session.
  • You will not record, screenshot, or reproduce any telehealth session without the prior written consent of your provider.
  • Technical issues beyond our control may occasionally disrupt sessions. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule or reconnect.
  • Telehealth is not appropriate for all clinical situations. Your provider will advise if in-person care is required.
Emergency SituationsTelehealth is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or text/call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately.

Section 05

Payments & Billing

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept major insurance plans and self-pay options. By booking an appointment, you authorise us to verify your insurance benefits and process payment accordingly.

  • You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage, co-pays, and deductibles prior to your appointment.
  • Any outstanding balances not covered by insurance remain the responsibility of the patient or their guardian.
  • We will make every effort to submit insurance claims accurately and promptly on your behalf.
  • Disputes regarding billing must be raised in writing within 60 days of the date of service.
06
Section 06

Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may be in need.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. We understand that circumstances arise, and we will always consider these on a case-by-case basis with compassion.

07
Section 07

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, our services, or any information provided. Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

This limitation does not affect your rights under HIPAA, Texas healthcare law, or any other applicable legal protections.
